ABOUT LAUREN

Lauren Chamberlain grew up in Orange County, CA, and began playing softball at 8 years old. She has competed at every level; starting with rec-ball, competing as a D1 athlete, playing for Team USA, and capping her career as a professional softball player.

Lauren operates by her three principles: learn, share, and empower. Her life experiences have been the ultimate teacher and continue to be with each new adventure. Her insight allows her to share with other women and young girls. This exchange then allows for authentic empowerment and powerful movement. Each woman is an incredible force when she is aware of her power. We all have to put the work in and unlock it.

Now residing in Edmond, Oklahoma, Lauren is building off of her storybook career and dominating her post-playing phase of life. She wears many business hats- MLB TV personality, motivational speaker, hitting instructor, and mentor. She is the sole owner of Lauren Chamberlain, LLC, an umbrella company that oversees her ventures and manages her softball performance facility in Oklahoma.
